Privacy policy

This site is a static, content-only reference. It does not run advertising trackers, and it sets no non-essential cookies before consent.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily submit through the newsletter form: your email address, the consent you give, and minimal technical metadata (timestamp, source page, hashed IP and user agent) kept as proof of consent. We do not collect this data unless you submit the form.

Why, and on what basis

We use your email solely to send the newsletter you subscribed to. The legal basis is your explicit, freely given, specific and informed consent, recorded at submission. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not transfer it to a partner without informing you first.

Retention

We keep your email for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, after which we delete or anonymize your record. Proof-of-consent metadata is retained only as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, or portability of your data, and you can object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@agenticcommerceprotocol.info. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Spam protection

The newsletter form uses a honeypot field and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Turnstile is privacy-preserving and does not track you across sites.
